After absolute useless service by the store at Cavendish, I approached MARCO at MTN Paarl to assist. THANK YOU Marco for going the extra mile to resolve the issue. Where as the other branch made me never want to deal with MTN again, you proofed that it is the INDIVIDUAL not always the company itself which gives one a negative view overall. You restored my faith that there are still employees who actually WANT TO help rather than pass the buck and take ownership of a problem.
