I’ve been with MTN since the very beginning — back when cell phones were still a novelty — and I can honestly say this has been the best upgrade experience I’ve ever had. The two gentlemen Eustace and De-Wayne who assisted me were exceptional. Their friendliness, patience and clear communication throughout the entire upgrade process made all the difference. Nothing was too much trouble, and every step was handled with genuine care and professionalism. Experiences like this don’t go unnoticed, and I truly hope MTN management recognises them on a platform worthy of the service they provide. They are an absolute asset to the brand.
