MTN Standard Bank Centre

I was assisted by Hazel Masemola, a very kind, attentive, generous and patient woman. I was quite confused about which home router option to choose and was going back and forth while deciding, but she remained incredibly patient with me. She took the time to explain all the options clearly and made sure I understood everything. She made sure I left the store happy and confident with my choice. Truly excellent customer service thank you so much, Hazel!

The professionalism displayed by all staff members or consultants in the store is highly applauded. Their willingness to maintain high standards in their working environment is impeccable. Whenever I require any assistance with all matters relating to MTN I know they are always ready and willing to handle it until it is resolved. Wishing that my recommendation will highly appreciated. The names of staff members or constituents are as follows: Kopano, Hazel, Silvia, Sandra, Clifford, Kea and Kgothatso,

I was assised by Kgothatso this afternoon. She's very dedicated in what she does and has passion. She explained with confidence and she knows her products very well. Unfortunately I won't be using mtn anymore because of the online service that I got few months ago but would recommend Kgothatso as sales person anywhere

Do you want a phone, router or data even laptops this is a place for you

This MTN store has been there for ages, just needs to be refurbished a bit & may be a slight increase in size

They offer good help
