Best service ever.

Amazing store to shop at. Reasonably quick service, Fantastic staff

I've been to quite a few MTN's all over SA. This one in particular stood out, hence my review. I was greated friendly by a lady with the name of Chi Chi. She helped me, gave me advice and throughout my thousand question journey (yes, I am full of nonsense when it comes to phones) she remained calm and answered everything. Close to the end of my stay, I found out that she was the manager and that deserves recognition. The countless MTN's that I've been to that managers just recommend a sales person to me instead of helping me was pretty much a standard. Chi Chi has made a life time client out of me by the she calmly handled everything and that is the kind of manager that keeps a store running.

What an amazing experience at this MTN store! The service I received was exceptional-far beyond my expectations. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, ensuring that all my needs were met with efficiency and professionalism. Their friendly and knowledgeable approach made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for outstanding customer service!
