MTN Cresta Shopping Centre

I am thw happiest MTN customer today. I had an 10 weeks old issue that no amount of calling into MTN could solve. I was sent from pillar to post for the said period. Today I went again to the MTN branch at Cresta mall and a young man by the name pf Simphiwe managed to resolve the issue bu trying a solution that had never before been proposed by any other agent. In 15 minutes, I could receive calls on my phone, after 2 and a half months of missing important communication. Big ups to whoever trained Simphiwe, and to him for being passionate enough for the training to hold. I am super excited. So happy with his service. I know where to send people with problems. God bless you Simphiwe.

To be honest in the past I've had terrible customer service, however, I was recently there to renew my contract and I have to give the biggest shout out to 2 amazing consultants Sibusizo and Sinethemba! They seriously made my day, they were professional and just 2 wonderful men who were on top of everything as well as making me laugh so much and I really hope that the store manager reads this and acknowledges these guys. Thank you for changing my opinion on MTN Cresta!
