MTN Clearwater Mall

I was assisted by Bobby on 22 October 2026, and I have never experienced such excellent service from MTN before. He was calm, friendly, and extremely helpful, explaining each step clearly and making the entire process smooth and easy to understand. It was truly a pleasant experience, and Bobby is a credit to MTN. Thank you for the outstanding service!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Thato Shihau and her team at MTN Clearwater! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure I was sorted with my new device, making the entire process smooth. Thato was friendly and genuinely committed to ensuring I walked away a happy customer. She deserves a raise, or bonus, entlek both. Her team deserves just as much recognition for their excellent service making sure i was authenticated. They rallied together to help me with my facial recognition. Thank you.
