Expressing my immense gratitude for the outstanding service I received from Levashnee at the Clearwater MTN store. I had been dealing with a frustrating, long-outstanding issue with my account that was going around in circles for months despite numerous calls logged including an in-store visit to another branch. I must also add a formal complaint logged had also not resolved the matter. Months later I had run out of patience to endure and walked into MTN Clearwater to quietly cancel my contract and move next door to another service provider but Levashnee managed to persuade me to give her a chance to address the matter having seen how long I've been with MTN. Levashnee was patient, incredibly empathetic, and determined to help. Instead of giving me the generic "it's with the back office" response, she took true ownership of the problem, dug deep into the system, made the necessary calls to appropriate departments and stayed on top of it providing regular updates to me on whatsapp until the entire matter was finally and completely resolved. For anyone wondering what it was I urge you to not upgrade your MTN contracts online as open orders not fulfilled will leave you stuck with a contract you cannot close or port elsewhere or change in any way. Apparently, nameless externally contracted entities whom clients cannot contact directly will not close those orders to allow anyone else to assist clients. This was told to me by many who tried to assist when I called in. Why so many at the call centre failed to apply their minds the way their colleague did remains a mystery. It is incredibly rare to find the level of dedication, professionalism, and genuine care displayed by Levashnee. She is without doubt an absolute gem and deserves highest praise for her work ethic and exceptional service going above and beyond. If your business is looking for an incredible people-orientated solutions-focused proactive individual, this is the calibre of person to recruit. Thato has been beyond helpful with a Sim swap that was giving problems to everyone. She was always available to give feedback and to follow up with my request, mind you I have had about 7 Sim swaps that failed. Thank you to Thato for not giving up and coming up with solutions. Thato helped me on a call today and she was an absolutely amazing person, listening and understanding my situation and coming up with a solution for me I had called multiple other branches and not one could help me and kept sending me to the 135 hotline which was no help
