Such a painless upgrade experience - ask for Joel - he was awesome to deal with!

I recently needed to get a phone and get it quickly, the 3 MTN's I went to before the experience centre said I couldn't get what I wanted and kept recommending solutions that would require a lot of paperwork as well as, up to 3 weeks to process. I went to the MTN in Morningside Shopping Centre and the ladies behind the counter were SO kind. They could have easily assisted but suggested that I go to the experience centre as they would be able to expedite the process. I got my phone in 2 days. Thank you, Yvonne, for your patience, answering my million questions and assisting me through every step. I dread going to MTN because I always need a packed lunch and form of entertainment in order to survive the 5 hours I wait, page through the deals magazine 15 times back and forth, get attended to, then get told that there's nothing they can do. Its draining, frustrating and a MISSION. For something I deem so simple. But, this place is doing it right. Solution driven, completely helpful and MTN's best kept secret... and now mine. I don't even want to tell other people this place exists because I don't want it ruined. It's that good!

Helpful, but would be ao much better if the staff were actually attentive and OFF THEIR PHONES . Only 1 person out of 4 was helping..

Salome - Morningside I had the most wonderful and pleasant experienced being assisted by Salome. She even went out of her way to arrive early to work so she can meet my request. Well done and keep it up ⭐️

My go to place for any MTN cellphone issues. Staff are brilliant. Staff know exactly what options to do. 10/10.
