I would like to highly commend Lydia Khumalo, who is a consultant at the Morningside MTN Experience Centre. Having dealt with her for years now, I feel that she truly deserves recognition, for her outstanding service, at all times. She is not only very professional in her work, but will go the extra mile, to ensure that her client leaves totally satisfied. She's an asset to MTN! I do hope that Lydia will be made aware of this worthy review!

I recently needed to get a phone and get it quickly, the 3 MTN's I went to before the experience centre said I couldn't get what I wanted and kept recommending solutions that would require a lot of paperwork as well as, up to 3 weeks to process. I went to the MTN in Morningside Shopping Centre and the ladies behind the counter were SO kind. They could have easily assisted but suggested that I go to the experience centre as they would be able to expedite the process. I got my phone in 2 days. Thank you, Yvonne, for your patience, answering my million questions and assisting me through every step. I dread going to MTN because I always need a packed lunch and form of entertainment in order to survive the 5 hours I wait, page through the deals magazine 15 times back and forth, get attended to, then get told that there's nothing they can do. Its draining, frustrating and a MISSION. For something I deem so simple. But, this place is doing it right. Solution driven, completely helpful and MTN's best kept secret... and now mine. I don't even want to tell other people this place exists because I don't want it ruined. It's that good!
