Absolutely amazing service from Forrester. MTN decided to cancel our prepaid number which is a business number linked to all our advertising which Forrester managed to get back for us. Even decided to go onto contract due to the service received from the store. Happy customer! As an ex employee to the cellular industry I know what the consultants have to go through to receive feedback from Headoffice. Most people always blame the store directly but 99% of the time the store has done everything correctly on there side and delay comes from Head Office and not the franchise store. Thanks again Forrester for all your effort. I will definitely recommend you to all family and friends.
