⭐ Exceptional Customer Service from Roberto Fourie!
I would like to give a huge thank you to Roberto Fourie at MTN Nigel Angelo Mall for the excellent service he provided me.
I had been struggling to get assistance with an eSIM/SIM swap issue at another MTN branch and was unfortunately left feeling frustrated and disappointed.Today Roberto assisted me, and the difference in service was incredible.
Roberto was patient, professional, helpful and genuinely willing to assist. He took the time to understand my issue and worked with me until it was resolved. I really appreciated his attitude and the fact that he didn’t simply send me elsewhere when things became complicated.
After the frustrating experience I had earlier, Roberto completely restored my confidence in MTN customer service.
Thank you so much, Roberto, for your patience, professionalism and outstanding service! 🙏🏽 You definitely deserve recognition for the way you assisted me.
MTN should definitely recognise employees like Roberto. Excellent service! 👏🏽⭐
