I recently had an amazing experience with Laaiqa at MTN La Lucia! She absolutely crushed it, going above and beyond to help me upgrade from my S23 to the sleek new S26. The call centre had me stuck in limbo for over a month going back and forth but Laaiqa sorted my issue in no time,collected my deets over email and whatsapp and had me walking out with my new phone in hand.
